About

Welcome — I’m Karen, and I guide people in reconnecting with their mind, body, and spirit through a variety of holistic practices. My work combines movement, breath, and stillness to create balance, resilience, and a deeper sense of wellbeing.

I offer Pilates, yoga, Qigong, forest bathing, sound bath meditation, Menopause Yoga, meditation, massage and breathwork — practices that can help you release tension, restore energy, and find calm. Each session is designed to meet you where you are, supporting you in building strength, flexibility, and inner harmony.

A special part of my work is Pilates, which I use not only to help people grow stronger and more flexible, but also to support rehabilitation after injury, recovery from setbacks, and long-term physical health. With mindful movement and a focus on alignment, Pilates offers a safe, effective way to rebuild confidence in your body and improve mobility at every stage of life.

My approach is gentle yet empowering, rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. I create a welcoming, supportive space where you can explore these practices at your own pace, and discover what feels right for you.

For me, it’s about more than exercise — it’s about nurturing the whole self: body, mind, and spirit. I would love to share these practices with you and support you on your path to greater balance, vitality, and peace.

It is possible to work with me on a 1:1 basis or in smaller groups. I’m also available for hire at special events , companies or communities interested in well being. There are group community classes in Highams Park and Chingford. And I also provide Zoom online classes in Pilates and Qi- Yoga.
